Before joining Invariant, Tom managed business operations at a political consulting and marketing firm, where he oversaw production, technology, and was lead project manager. He also worked in press and digital media in the United States Senate. Before entering politics, Tom spent five years working in the Montgomery County (Maryland) Public Schools system as an athletic administrator and coaching high school sports.
