Vontia Witherspoon is a member of Invariant’s operations team, bringing over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, where she has developed expertise in managing operations, enhancing efficiency, and delivering exceptional service in high-demand environments.

• Managing the firm’s townhouse location, ensuring exceptional client service aligned with Invariant’s organizational priorities. 

• Coordinating internal and client meetings, retreats, and overseeing purchasing and inventory management for office supplies, equipment, and technology. 

• Providing comprehensive administrative support across departments to optimize workflow and efficiency. 

Before joining Invariant, Vontia was an Assistant Rooms Operations Manager at the Marriott Marquis, supporting front desk operations, concierge services, and guest relations. She also held roles as a Food and Beverage Sales Coordinator, managing event logistics, and a Group Reservations Account and Billing Coordinator, overseeing guest room blocks and banquet billing.
