Will Sitton is a seasoned policy expert with deep expertise in food and agriculture policy and a strong command of the appropriations process. He partners closely with clients to craft and execute strategic approaches that drive meaningful policy outcomes and support long-term success.

Before joining Invariant, Will served as legislative director for Congressman Scott Franklin (R-FL), Vice Chairman of the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies. He also served as a legislative assistant to former Congressman Francis Rooney (R-FL) and a legislative correspondent for Congressman Chuck Fleischmann (R-TN).
