Before joining Invariant, Will served as legislative director for Congressman Scott Franklin (R-FL), Vice Chairman of the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies. He also served as a legislative assistant to former Congressman Francis Rooney (R-FL) and a legislative correspondent for Congressman Chuck Fleischmann (R-TN).
