Zoë Handy is a seasoned digital and communications strategist. She draws on her experience in advocacy and electoral campaigns to help clients break through the noise and achieve their goals.

Zoë has led national digital programs for Planned Parenthood Federation of America and, at Trilogy Interactive, for clients including Senator Chuck Schumer (D-NY). She’s also managed operations and creative for the Missouri Democratic Party and Senator Claire McCaskill’s 2018 campaign.
